Ms. Anindita Mitra handles the Corporate Practice at the firm and has immense experience in the field along with a specialized degree in Business Laws from the National Law University, Jodhpur. She has had the experience of working with some of the best Corporate Law Firms in India before joining TVT Legal and has special expertise in Company Laws, Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity Advisory and Project / Infrastructure advisory, relating to both transactions as well as litigation.

Further, she has experience with general corporate work such as corporate structuring, restructuring and related compliance; Ms. Mitra has also been involved in various mergers and acquisitions.

Apart from her role as a Company Law adviser she also represents Clients before Courts of Law and has appeared on a regular Client before the Company Law Board, High Court and the Supreme Court of India. Due to her dual experience in the field of Corporate Laws and dispute resolution, she is adept at not only advising on regular company law issues but also providing solutions for complex corporate disputes.
